The National Economic Council (NEC) concluded an intensive three-day Technical Review & Expert Validation Workshop focused on Somalia’s Centennial Vision 2060 at the Trademark Hotel in Nairobi, held from February 10 to 12, 2025. The workshop served as a critical platform for collaboration among key stakeholders, including representatives from the World Bank, the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), and the United Nations Country Team (UNCT).
During this event, experts engaged in thorough discussions to refine and validate the long-term development vision for Somalia, ensuring its alignment with the nation’s aspirations for sustainable growth and resilience.
