This work stream focuses on developing the post-HIPC era’s development architecture and formulating strategies on the moderation and development of Agriculture, livestock, blue economy, and natural resource sectors. The aim is to promote sustainable development in these sectors, which will contribute to economic growth and development. This Work Stream collaborates closely with the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, Ministry of Water and Energy, Ministry of Livestock, Forestry, and Range, Ministry of Petroleum, and Somali Bank for Development and Reconstruction to achieve this goal.
